We will carry out the entire data entry process

We take care of the entire chain of processing the documents starting from collecting the correspondence from a place indicated by the Client, preparing the documents for data entry and entering data, up to generating reports and performing advanced data analyses.

Modern technologies of data entry

Depending on the type of the document processed and its quality we use different data entry technologies:

OCR/ICR technology - used for processing coupons prepared for automatic processing. It consists of optical recognition of handwritten and printed characters. For this purpose the paper version of the document is scanned and then interpreted by a properly designed computer system.
The recognized data is checked by an operator and than is sent into a database. Scanned documents can be transferred to the Client and that makes possible creation of an optical archive.
Manual data entry - a technique where only the operator enters data. It is used in case of coupons of non-standard size, in bad conditions or not adequate for scanning.

High quality of data entered

In order to assure the highest quality possible of information entered into the database we use the procedure of double data entry, which allows eliminating possible mistakes caused by the „human factor”. The data is subject to normalization process based on dictionaries- ours and/or delivered by the Client.

Entering data directly into Client’s system

We possess relevant IT infrastructure that makes possible entering data directly into our client’s database. This process is realized via secure electronic channels (direct connection, digital channels, VPN).
